People with a given viewpoint establish an organization's benefits, and while these benefits may be great for one person, others may not feel the same way about the same set of benefits. To ensure that #psychologicalhealthandsafety is a priority, organizations should be curious about what people who are otherwise totally qualified for a position might see as more desirable. Practices such as time banking allow people to take time off more flexibly. Not only can some organizations adapt, but transparency on the front end will help new people decide if the environment is compatible with their needs or a situation where they can adapt. Too often, both the person and the organization find out later that there is an unmet need for either or both. #psychosocialhazardsarereal #workplacementalhealth
