Read the first installment in a series of briefs exploring campus outcomes from participation in the Network's Middle Leadership Academy (Academy), authored by Thad Nodine. This initial brief focuses on California State University, Chico, highlighting the impactful efforts of its teams to implement changes aimed at enhancing equitable student success outcomes. Through insights and strategies developed during Academy sessions, participants have leveraged their experiences to align the campus's Advancing Equity Project (AEP) initiatives with broader campus goals.
