Hello everyone, Just wanted to give a quick update on what I have been doing recently. Still very new to the whole research world however I am very proud of this little project of mine. I am the first in my lab to attempt HCR (hybridization chain reaction) and was successful at the first try! Here are some quick confocal images of wildtype 24hpf Zebrafish (Danio Rerio) with tbxta gene that regulates notochord development, expressed in the nail bud and notochord. I have also included a simplified protocol of the HCR process. HCR by Molecular Instruments: https://lnkd.in/gzJeQC_C

The stone in the shoe of education: Partnering with frontier organisations worldwide. CEO & Founder.
The De-Extinction of the Dodo. Throughout 2023, during workshops and keynotes, I've mentioned that as educators, we are sleeping on Genomics as a highly significant future lens for our middle and high school learners. De-extinction plans by US-based biotechnology and genetic engineering company Colossal Biosciences will only add to the domain's importance. The Dodo, which has been extinct since 1681, could be returning. #genomics #bioscience #biomedicalresearch #biomedicalengineering #lensofthefuture
