Meta is working on enhancing engagement with advertisers across its family of apps, bringing new features that aim to connect businesses with customers and boost sales through interactive ad products. Today I dove into their newest features: 💻Expanding on an existing feature available on Messenger and Instagram Direct, Meta is introducing a lead objective to Facebook and Instagram ads, enabling users to initiate WhatsApp chats directly from the ads. WhatsApp takes the spotlight in Meta's strategy, supported by strong growth from the WhatsApp Business Platform. 💻They are testing full campaign automation for lead generation on Meta Advantage, its suite of ad products centered around AI. Advertisers can harness AI across various campaign elements simultaneously — from targeting and placements to creative and budget. 💻Coupons are making their debut in click-to-message ads on Instagram Direct, and Meta is experimenting with instant forms for Facebook, drawing content directly from advertiser websites. Our personal fave is the reveal sticker. This lets users post a hidden/ blurred story and for your followers to see it, they have to send you a DM. 🌟 Instagram has updated its algorithm!
