#ASXNews Tennant Minerals continued to focus on advancing the high-grade Bluebird copper-gold discovery at its 100%-owned Barkly Project in the Northern Territory during the quarter ended 31 December 2023. This included the ongoing Stage 3 #drilling program which is testing an expanded mineralised target footprint at Bluebird over a strike-length of more than 1.5km and from near surface to more than 400m depth. The ongoing Stage 3 drilling program continues to demonstrate the continuity of exceptional #copper and #gold grades at Bluebird. Recent results include exceptionally high-grade copper and gold intersections from the Bluebird Eastern Extension, intensely copper mineralised intersections from the Bluebird western high-grade zone and the discovery of copper mineralisation at the large Bluebird East Target zone. The first phase of a major two-stage drilling program has commenced at the Bluebird #copper-#gold discovery, on Tennant Minerals Barkly Project in the Northern Territory. This initial phase will include up to 4,500m of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling targeting extensions of the high-grade copper-gold mineralisation, which is open in all directions. A second phase of up to 7,500m of RC and diamond drilling will expand on the RC drilling program and test other identified targets for repeats of Bluebird within the 2.5km strike-length Bluebird-Perseverance corridor. These targets include Perseverance for which the Company has been successful in obtaining a NT government co-funded grant. Greatland Gold PLC (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) has detailed a wide-ranging exploration programme across its interests in Australia in the coming twelve months while it waits for partner Newmont’s next move on the Havieron gold development. Havieron, a 70/30 joint venture in the Pilbara region, has been deemed non-core by Newmont with Greatland having a right of first refusal if its stake in the project is sold. In June, the mine's main access decline had reached 2,100m though development has been paused while dewatering options are assessed for the lowest of three aquifers. During the quarter, the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia (EPA) also agreed formally to assess the project. Elsewhere, Greatland said that at the Paterson licence surface sampling programs are underway with more than 1,000 samples already collected and further sampling planned this year.  More at #Proactive #ProactiveInvestors http://ow.ly/GWa8105CQxU

via Kalkine Media Australia Black Canyon Limited has identified considerable upside potential at the Balfour #Manganese Field (BMF) with the completion of two JORC 2012 Exploration Target Estimates (ETE) for the Pickering and Balfour East Targets. These targets can be evaluated and potentially upgraded to mineral resources with additional infill and exploration #drilling. The ETE across the BMF is in addition to the Global Mineral Resources totalling 314 Mt at 10.5% manganese containing 33.1 Mt of Mn at a cut-off of 7% Mn. BOA Resources (ASX:BOA) ended the June quarter with $2 million in cash and no debt leaving the company well-funded to achieve its planned activities, including four tenement drilling campaigns in 2024 focused on #lithium and #nickel discoveries. In its quarterly, company management said, “During the period, BOA has sold its $306,551 shareholding in Trigg Minerals Ltd. The sale reflects BOA’s strategic decision to divest its holdings in TMG and provides BOA with additional capital to advance its core exploration projects. “The shareholding in TMG was part of the consideration paid by TMG when buying a 90% interest in four Queensland tenements from BOA in Q1. BOA is free carried by TMG for its remaining 10% interest in the four tenements..."
