How many of us are familiar with the African dream? #agenda2063 has set out aspirations for a better and more prosperous continent. Unfortunately, we- the young people, who should be driving the agenda and ultimately benefit from it, don't know about it. To be honest, how many of us know about #agenda2063 ?Are we mapping our development priorities to it? A lot more needs to be done to raise awareness among our young people. One way to do it is to support and engage youth- led organizations in articulating the dream to its main beneficiaries- the African youth. We cannot build #theafricawewant without the main proponents of growth and development in Africa. Bring the #africanyouth on board. It is our dream, isn't it? Thank you for bringing this to the light Godwille Mercy Mongare ! I must admit that I don’t not know the details of the 2063 agenda because I’ve always felt that it is so far away. A lot of the people who created it probably won’t be around to see it to its completion. We need to be engaged more actively engaged in the process and find ways to bring the goals closer to success. ✨
