👩🔧 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 🌲 - at least from my perspective. At my first co-do! lab “Hᴇʟʟᴏ Tʀᴀɴꜱꜰᴏʀᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ” seminar, I was excited to learn how people near and dear to us can be encouraged to integrate transformation into their daily lifes. And how we can strengthen the idea of sustainability among colleagues and in the corporate environment. The main topic was #circularity and the #circulareconomy (at co-do! lab, other topics such as #climatechange or #biodiversity are subjects of other seminars). The coaches based their content on the #InnerDevelopmentGoals (#IDGs) and integrated nature coaching into the learning experience (great concept, 🌱 Tamara Wyszynski!). In the media and also on LinkedIn, the topic of sustainability (climate change, biodiversity loss etc.) is often treated very emotionally to emphasize #urgency and provoke #activism. 𝗜𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿, this overlooks the fact that many people are simply not well informed enough to, for example, recycle certain waste items properly (I don't exclude myself) or are not well educated about which type of heating system or electricity makes most sense. Emotionality causes pressure to act which many people, including politicians, are simply not up to - due to a lack of knowledge. That's why it makes sense to share your own daily circularity (or sustainability) journey with others, ask questions and discuss challenges in a group. This wonderful seminar concept not only imparts specialist knowledge, but also provides many incentives to reflect on one's own behavior and interaction with others. It was also nice to prepare meals together with sustainable ingredients in the beautiful open-air kitchen. (The dessert was definitely one of the top five I've ever tasted in my life!) Thank you for an eye-opening seminar, dear co-do! lab!
