We're excited to announce our new partnership with Cedar Pacific, delivering their Quay Street project in Brisbane via Grosvenor Diversified Property Investments, our first Build-to-Rent investment in Australia.   This landmark development will offer 475 high-quality apartments, 50% of which will be provided below market rental levels. Amidst the rising demand for rental accommodation in Brisbane, Quay Street is addressing this shortage, creating much-needed, high-quality homes to rent in the city.   GDPI operates across a broad range of sectors, investing globally alongside specialist local partners. In 2023, we committed to doubling the size of this business to approximately £1.5bn in equity, over a five-year period.   Quay Street marks our diversified business’ fifth partnership, and tenth deal overall in Australia since 2013.
