I'm proud of this news story run by Jonathan Prynn in today’s Standard. Everyone working at any Wembley Park venue should be too! From June to August, Transport for London reported that exits at Wembley Park tube station were a whopping 18% higher than in 2019, already a record-breaking year with events like the reunited Spice Girls, Pink and BTS. Wembley Park tube station ranked in the top 5% of the busiest stations across TfL's 434 stations, outpacing key Zone 1 hubs like Westminster, Camden Town, Charing Cross and Liverpool Street. This was achieved despite 10 fewer events at the Stadium and Arena, showing that growth isn’t just about major events. Our neighbourhood's expanded cultural and leisure offering has been crucial—sell-out shows like Starlight Express, Punchdrunk Enrichment’s Enitan’s Game, and attractions like Bubble Planet and Boxpark Wembley have all played a part. Even London Designer Outlet had its best trading summer since opening in 2013! Not to mention all the events directly curated by our team and the growing number of Londoners that today call WP home. Here’s to more success in 2025—if the sellouts for Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and Oasis are any indication, not to mention the arrival of Royal Philharmonic Orchestra...it’s going to be a busy year.. Quintain's Retail Team is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Time Retail Partners, in collaboration with Savills Global Retail and Leisure, to complete its vision for ground floor retail and leisure spaces across Northwest London’s most exciting new neighbourhood. This new partnership is set to bring new disruptors, independent businesses, and entrepreneurs to Wembley Park’s 250,000 sq. ft of retail space. These new retail and leisure businesses will add a further sense of place to Wembley Park, complementing world-famous and iconic destinations such as London Designer Outlet, BOXPARK Wembley, Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, OVO Arena Wembley and the National Stadium. This initiative aims to build a vibrant community and a leading shopping destination for visitors and residents alike, reflecting Wembley Park's commitment to excellence and innovation in retail and leisure. The collaboration with Time Retail Partners and Savills marks a major step forward in Wembley Park’s ongoing development, ensuring it remains a top destination in London for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Wembley Park has been famous for decades for sport and music, but once in a while an artist comes along who inspires exceptional fan treatment. I am delighted to share a short video taken this week of "Swifties" enjoying the Wembley Park experience. We like to think that with specially commissioned murals, an exhibition of tour photography, theming in shops and restaurants and the largest tour merchandise village Wembley has ever seen, we helped make the fan experience even more memorable and showcased Wembley Park at its best. My thanks, as always, to the amazing Wembley Park marketing, commercial and operations teams and here's to 5 more Taylor Swift dates in August!

On Friday we were proud to celebrate the opening of the new GP Surgery at Wembley Park, now the largest NHS GP surgery in North West London. This state-of-the-art facility is located on the ground floor of Repton Gardens, our latest BtR development and this year’s winner of RESI’s Development of the Year. The surgery will serve up to 25,000 patients, increasing the local healthcare capacity by over 30%. The surgery boasts almost 11,000 sq ft of advanced medical space, including 14 consult exam rooms, two clinical suites, four treatment rooms and an e-consult room, offering modern care tailored to community needs. The new GP surgery will increase high-quality healthcare provision in the borough of Brent for residents new and old in a purpose-built facility. From its inception, our masterplan at Wembley Park sought to provide everything local residents need to live healthy, happy lives in their neighbourhood. The opening of this surgery signifies an important milestone in the delivery of Wembley Park’s sustainable neighbourhood, which will provide residents all the community facilities they need within easy reach. #WembleyPark #Placemaking #Brent #Community
