It’s the most wonderful time of the year — unless you’re looking to close deals. Don’t get desperate and try to rush the process. Instead, stick to these three essentials outlined by Salesloft’s Senior Director of Global Engineering, Rebby John: 1. Strong understanding of the business If you lack the fundamentals, you'll end up like a holiday roast. 2. Strong personal connections Time to leverage the relationships you've nurtured over the year. 3. Meeting the technical requirements Ensure your solution is compatible with their existing framework and clears their security checks. What's your strategy to wind up deals smoothly before year-end festivities begin?

As we prepare to welcome the New Year, it's important to prioritize safety to ensure a joyful and accident-free celebration. Here are a few safety precautions to consider: Fireworks are a dazzling tradition, but they require careful handling. According to OSHA, fireworks cause approximately 10,000 injuries each year in the U.S. To stay safe: - Always read and follow label instructions. - Keep a safe distance after lighting. - Never allow children to handle fireworks. - Have water or a fire extinguisher nearby. - Dispose of used fireworks safely by soaking them in water. New Year’s Eve often involves celebrating with alcohol. To ensure everyone’s safety: - Designate a sober driver or arrange alternative transportation. - Drink responsibly and know your limits. - Look out for friends and ensure no one drives under the influence. Wishing everyone a safe and joyful New Year celebration! Let's ring in the new year with mindfulness and care for ourselves and others. 🎉✨
