🎄Christmas cheer meets corporate wisdom, all wrapped in a festive joke 😄 Imagine, if you can Santa 🎅 in a corporate setting. He's got a team of talented reindeer 🦌, an efficient production unit of elves 🧝, and a global distribution network 🌎 that's the envy of even the largest conglomerates. Now, ponder his leadership style. Ever noticed that Rudolph, the reindeer with the glowing red nose🔴, wasn't initially part of the team? He was different, often overlooked, sometimes even teased. Yet, when the 'foggy Christmas Eve' crisis hit, Santa didn't hesitate to turn to Rudolph's unique talent to save the day 🌟. That's strategic leadership, right there in a #christmascarol 🎶. Santa's story is a lesson for corporate leaders everywhere 🏢. Encourage diversity 🌈. Value unique talents and skills 💡. And when the crisis hits, use those diverse skills to navigate your team through the storm ⛈️. This #christmas, as you laugh over Rudolph's red nose, remember also to appreciate the odd, unique, and different. Because there, you might just find your organization's own Rudolph waiting to shine 💫. Wishing you all Merry Christmas in advance 🎅🎄 and here's to leading with insight and inclusivity in the coming year 🎆🎊 #merrychristmas #happyholidays #christmasspirit #christmascve #holidayseason #diversityandinclusion #workplaceleadership #embracedifference #uniquestrengths #inclusiveleadership

Rocking prams & creating plans 👶🏻I am on maternity leave for the first half of this year & soaking up the absolute bliss which is day naps, strong coffee & time for thoughts. Okay these moments are few & far between given the minor detail of two other toddlers & now, another renovation on the cards But, when I get this peace it’s glorious. 🥅1 of my goals this year is to work on my personal brand (most common leadership goal of 2024 😂😂😂) And today I’ve started journalling what this may look like. Thanks to my thoughtful husband my journal reminds me of my values & I use them as a basis for journalling about my ‘why’. Here are some journalling prompts I’m going to be using: 1. What are you passionate about? 2. What are your core values? 3. What are you good at? 4. What do you want your legacy to be? 5. If there were no limitation, what would you be doing?

🎅 As we embrace the spirit of the season, let's reflect on the parallels between Santa Claus and our professional lives. Much like Santa, successful leaders demonstrate unwavering dedication, meticulous planning, and a genuine commitment to others' well-being. They embody the spirit of giving, not just in material goods but in mentorship, support, and encouragement to their teams. 🎁 Santa's workshop operates on teamwork and precision, showcasing the power of collaboration and coordination in achieving remarkable goals. Likewise, in our workplaces, synergy among diverse talents and perspectives fuels innovation and drives remarkable achievements. 📜 Santa's list reminds us of the importance of accountability and responsibility. In our careers, maintaining integrity, honoring commitments, and being accountable for our actions are fundamental traits that build trust and credibility. 🌟 Ultimately, the magic of Santa Claus isn't just about the fantastical, but it mirrors the very essence of leadership, teamwork, accountability, and the joy of giving in our professional lives. Let's embody these qualities as we navigate the year ahead. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 🎄 #SantaClaus #MerryChristmas #HappyHolidays #LeadershipLessons #ProfessionalReflections

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson Happy Thanksgiving from the Eagle Center for Leadership team! We appreciate each other and all of our clients during this season of thankfulness and giving. In a study done by Manila Recruitment, 82% of workers surveyed said the “lack of recognition toward their initiatives leads them to consider switching employers.” Lack of recognition and appreciation was listed as the #3 reason employees leave their jobs. 82% is a big number, and that 82% is affected by something so simple - outward appreciation and gratitude for a job well done. Take some time next week to tell your team how much they are valued! Be specific - point out moments people went above and beyond, tasks that were completed early, the way someone excelled during an important meeting, etc. It takes almost no resources from you and will never dim your own light to express that gratitude, but it will have such a lasting impact on your company culture and morale. #MakeADifference

Happy May 1st! For me, May isn't just about blooming flowers and warmer weather. It's my birthday month, Mother's Day, a whirlwind of graduation celebrations, and prom excitement. Yet, as a leader, I feel the familiar end-of-fiscal-quarter pressure too. The mix of celebration and stress...it can be a lot to juggle. It's easy to feel pulled between the demands of work and the pull of personal milestones. Any other human out there feeling this balance (or lack thereof)? How do you navigate the joy and the pressure of these big moments? I'd love to hear your thoughts and tips. #womeninbusiness #leadership #entrepeneurship #worklifebalance #mayday #motherhood #BBB
