Thrilled to have had the opportunity to serve as the emcee for the Engineering and Technology Department-wise sessions at INSPIRE'24, a premier industry-academia student conference held on March 14th and 15th at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences! Over the course of two days, we delved into the latest technological advancements and explored avenues for academic excellence and career advancement. Day 1 featured enlightening lectures by Vice Admiral Bhagavatheswaran Kannan (retd), L&T Ship Building, who shared insights on 'Technological Advancements Revolutionizing Engineering: Navigating the Present and Spearheading the Future.' Additionally, Sudhir Krishnan Nair, VP at Agappe Diagnostics Ltd, captivated us with a session on 'Exploring Avenues for Academic Excellence & Career Advancement'. As a Biomedical Engineering student, his insights resonated deeply with me, given Agappe's significance in my domain of interest. Day 2 continued the momentum with Suresh Vedakumar, Associate VP at Mphasis, enlightening us on 'Strategical Approach to Impact Society with Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities.' These sessions were not only informative but also deeply inspiring, highlighting the transformative power of technology and innovation in shaping our future.
