Thank you to all those that wished me for my birthday. I really appreciate all the good wishes. I have to be honest, I lost my mojo a bit over the past few months. Multiple factors contributed, work, mental, emotional, stress etc, just like multiple solutions have contributed to getting me out of it. That is key! If a problem or challenge has been building for a while there is usually more than one contributing factor, and therefore we need to consider multiple solutions. That is why a quick fix (or a MacGuver solution) won’t last. Every factor may need its own solution and it may not work in the time as the others. In my case, booking a new diving trip helped with some aspects, while actually asking people for help was the solution for others. So be open to considering other solutions, it may take more than one magic pill to properly address what ails you.

This time of year is particularly rough for me. As a high powered woman leader with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, four children, each with their own activities, needs, and agendas, it is easy to lose a sense of identity, a sense of joy, a sense of meaning and purpose. However, as I was closing out a project with one of my clients with whom I have partnered with all year, I felt a sense of loss and also a sense of gratitude. I learned that through 'servicing' others, my meaning and purpose is amplified. In 2023, my focus was to work on 'letting-go' of things that were completely out of my control and didn't serve a purpose. In 2024, my focus will be on feverishly sharing my gift of service to help others find meaning and purpose in their lives. From the very beginning which wasn’t long time ago, (it was June 2023 when I started to post , I remember I was happy for having 4K views and 500 followers! ,I couldn’t have imagined I would hit half a million views in 6 months and more than 4000 followers in couple of months) but I couldn’t have achieved it without your support! Thank you to everyone who: Kicked me while I was down - you taught me how to stand on my own two feet. Didn't believe in me - you taught me how to believe in myself. Told me I would fail - you taught me that failure isn't an option. Didn't show up for me when I needed you to - you taught me how to show up for myself. Said I wasn't good enough - you taught me how to discover and quantify the value that I bring to the table. Told me I couldn't do something I wanted to do - you taught me that as long as my mind and my heart are all in, the possibilities are infinite. Rejected me - you've taught me how to find validation and acceptance within myself. Accepted and loved me unconditionally - you've taught me the value of genuine friendship, connection, and belonging. I am not, and I will never be... Perfect. But this is what I do know: If I strive for greatness, to be better than I was yesterday, to continuously learn new things with an open mind to also allow myself the acceptance that my views, my values, and my beliefs could change as I continue to learn and to transform... If I live and love vulnerably, unconditionally, unapologetically, and genuinely, no matter what I get wrong along the way, at least I was getting it wrong while trying to figure out how to get it right.
