Exciting News: TAS Acquires 1500 Birchmount! We’re thrilled to announce our latest acquisition – 1500 Birchmount, a 290,000-square-foot urban industrial building on 21 acres in Scarborough. This marks the second property in TAS’s fourth impact development fund. Our vision is to completely revitalize the building, focusing on energy efficiency, enhanced leasability, and improved functionality.
