As the Internal Communication team, we are thrilled to have hosted a successful Stress Management Wellness Day! We invited Dr. Abier EL-Zanaty our Training Manager and Dr. mohammed mahmoud hamouda, a Lecturer of Psychiatry at Al Azhar University's Faculty of Medicine, to provide our employees with valuable insights on how to manage their stress. Their sessions were both engaging and informative, offering practical strategies and expert advice.
