🚀 A New Way to Hire at Zave!
We were all tired of the same old hiring process – long, tedious, and frankly, kind of boring. So, at Zave, we decided to shake things up.
Instead of the usual resume and interview routine, we launched a competition to find our next star. As this was my first time hiring someone, I wanted to do something exciting. I created a Framer website with a countdown timer and an assignment brief to make the process more interactive and fun. This way, candidates could dive right in, showcase their skills, and bypass the traditional, drawn-out steps.
It was faster, more engaging, and let us see real talent in action from the get-go.
