Last Friday, Tommaso Buganza facilitated the second #Gym of thr second edition of #PlatformThinkingHUB at Osservatori Digital Innovation! 👥40 professionals gathered at Politecnico di Milano for a special session that joined together our work on #platforms and our work on #InnovationLeadership in IDeaLs - Global Research Platform 💡The focus of this gym was to dive into #ValueProposition design, for each side of the platform under design, being inspired by the history of Spotify and by the #MeaningChains developed in IDeaLs (Paola Bellis Silvia Magnanini Federico Zasa Joseph Press Roberto Verganti). 🃏We continued the exploration of the #PlatformThinkingCards, the #SupportTool we are working on to sustain the #PlatformThinkingJounery as an #Innovation and #BusinessTransformation methodology! 🤝 Silvia Gadola and Elisabetta Puglielli supported the teams approaching this new methodology, acting as sparring partners throughout the whole day, with Stefania Giudici and Stefania Marziali.
