#thursdaythoughts It‘s not rare that I see teams lose focus and ignore their values in the pursuit of KPIs. I firmly believe that you can’t manage what you can‘t measure. But let’s look at KPIs for what they are: INDICATORS. So, based on your beliefs, your goals, your assumptions about what good looks like and where you see yourself as a company or team, you define indicators, to give you an idea, of wether you are on the right track. Still they are indicators and not the goal itself. So don’t get booged down in trying to get these numbers right but constantly evaluate wether they are actually still the right indicators. If they no longer serve you well, throw them out the window and find new ones. And maybe maybe you are also brave enough to trust your gut every now and then, in addition to the KPI. #kpis #performance #indicators #tracking #reporting

Card Names → BIPOC Hire → BIPOC Exits → Company Highlights → Workforce Snapshot → Stats at Glance → Metrics of Supply Base → Co-ops Programs → Dealer Diversity → Infographics → Workforce Breakdown → Race/Ethnicity → Dashboard I have created a swipe file which has screenshots of all cards mentioned above.
