Love the examples used here of why this topic is so important. Bringing it back to relatable scenarios is so helpful to remind organisations: anything less than a seamless experience will stop your customer coming back to you. Enriching your data is necessary and is the new standard in customer expectations. I'm already starting to experience this in the B2B world, where I expect companies I work or partner with to know me. If they don't, they come across as unprofessional - or at the very least, behind the times.
