産業総合技術研究所と協働した船舶におけるアンモニア漏洩頻度推定が弊会ガイドラインに掲載されました． Frequency estimation of ammonia leak events from onboard components, my work collaborating with AIST, has been disclosed in our (ClassNK) guidelines for alternative fueled vessel design. We carried out Bayesian estimation of onboard ammonia leak frequency using the accident database of Japanese domestic ammonia facilities. An academic paper on this finding has been also submitted and now under review. This work aims to make it more reliable to assess risk of ammonia-fueled vessels.

On April 25th, the"Development and Industrialization of Special Threads for High Performance Tubing&Casing for Ultra Deep Wells" project of Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. passed the "2024 Henan Province Key Research and Development Special Project Proposal Publicity" issued by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, becoming a key research and development special project in Henan Province. With the release of the national "14th Five Year Plan for Modern Energy System", the increase in crude oil and natural gas production, and the extraction of tens of thousands of meters of deep wells in oil fields, the gradual increase in the application of high-performance tubing&casing has become inevitable, providing market opportunities for the research and industrialization of high-performance gas sealing threads for tubing&casing pipes. To meet the development needs of wells with a depth of over 10000 meters, abnormal high pressure (105-150MPa), and abnormal high temperature (130-220 ° C), the development and industrialization of special threads for high-performance tubing&casing in ultra deep wells is a necessary technical condition for seizing the market high ground in the future. Vinh Tan 2 Thermal Power Plant Ammonia Injection Grid (AIG) Adjustment and SCR De-NOx System Performance Test: Receiving the trust of VCAPITAL Investment and Technology JSC (Main Contractor), Chugai Technos performed the AIG adjustment and performance testing of the SCR system for unit 1. Using simple equipment system, easy to assemble, meet the ducts both horizontal and vertical, difficult to manipulate location, tight space. Sampling and monitoring equipment comply with Japanese’s JIS standards. Work contents: AIG adjustment: Surveying valve opening rate, outlet NOx distribution; Adjustment of the injection valves; Confirmation of NOx and ammonia slip distribution after adjustment. SCR performance test: Exhaust gas monitoring, differential pressure measurement, ammonia consumption survey. Monitoring parameters: Temperature, pressure, velovity, flow rate, moisture content, gas composition (O2, CO2 and N2), SO2, SO3, NH3 concentration; continuous monitoring NOx-O2 by gas analyzer. Report contents: Valve opening rate, NOx distribution coefficient before and after adjustment; The basic exhaust gas parameters; NOx-O2 concentration; NOx removal efficiency; Ammonia slip; NH3/NOx molar ratio; Conversion rate SO2 to SO3; Distribution diagram: flow velocity, temperature, NOx-O2-NH3 concentration; Comparison of actual measurement results and DCS data; Data analysis, general evaluation and giving improvement plan;
