To qualify my point, Herewith, up until tech companies start investing in Grassroot Education. Technology will remain an imposed solution in the mining industry. We need to fix the education system & culture and geopolitical issues in Africa if we are to comprehend the full value of technology. Tech companies, should start investing in technical school all across African mining region. Sponsors this school with machines so that they start learning to fix and operate this machine in grass root level. Machine appreciation, technology & entrepreneurship should be taught in Primary, High, school & colleges. The end- user must have an appreciation for the technology. we are resource endowed continent mining with always be the economic drive of Africa.
