The journey to bring SKINNY to life was far from easy. 11 years in the making in fact. The manufacturing world is far from easy, and as a brand, we faced our fair share of hurdles. From production delays to sourcing the right natural ingredients, each challenge tested our resolve. One of the toughest aspects of innovation is encountering resistance. For every enthusiastic 'yes', there were multiple 'no's that could have deterred us. However, each rejection only fueled our determination to succeed. I went In Sainsbury’s the other day and there was not one bottled squash without Sucralose! Even Ribena has added it to avoid the sugar tax! Even Capri Sun bottles contain it although the pouches are sweetened with Stevia? Bizarre! The unindented consequences of the Osborne Sugar Tax will not be known for many years but filling our kids with artificial sweeteners cannot be good.
