SKINNY hits the shelves in Marks and Spencer. Today marks a pivotal chapter in our Happy Drinks Group journey as we celebrate the nationwide launch of SKINNY our all natural, zero calorie, zero sugar tonic water - now available in over 400 M&S stores! At Happy Drinks Group, our ethos has always been about defying conventions and carving our own path. 'Daring to be different' isn't just a tagline; it's a commitment that guides us in everything we do. With SKINNY, we envisioned a product that would challenge the market norm, offering a healthier, guilt-free choice without compromising on taste and NEVER using artificial sweeteners. The journey to bring SKINNY to life was far from easy. 11 years in the making in fact. The manufacturing world is far from easy, and as a brand, we faced our fair share of hurdles. From production delays to sourcing the right natural ingredients, each challenge tested our resolve. One of the toughest aspects of innovation is encountering resistance. For every enthusiastic 'yes', there were multiple 'no's that could have deterred us. However, each rejection only fueled our determination to succeed. We knew we had a product that deserved a place in the market, and we weren't ready to give up on that belief. The hardest yet most valuable lesson is listening to the no's and understanding why. The launch of SKINNY is a testament to the incredible dedication of our team at Happy Drinks Group. It's their hard work, creativity, and never giving up that turned this dream into a reality. Navigating through the challenges, they've not only developed a groundbreaking product but also strengthened the core values of our brand. As we celebrate this listing, we're reminded of why we started - to bring innovation and healthier choices to our consumers. I went In Sainsbury’s the other day and there was not one bottled squash without Sucralose! Even Ribena has added it to avoid the sugar tax! Even Capri Sun bottles contain it although the pouches are sweetened with Stevia? Bizarre! The unindented consequences of the Osborne Sugar Tax will not be known for many years but filling our kids with artificial sweeteners cannot be good.
