Shri. Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon’ble Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, highlighted significant progress in the #GreenHydrogen sector, noting a 60-70% increase in production efficiency and improvements in thermal efficiency by 30-60%. He emphasised the environmental benefits of green hydrogen, particularly its zero carbon dioxide emissions, and cited India’s advantage due to its low costs and abundant renewable energy resources. He stated that India has the potential to become a leading exporter of #GreenHydrogen and its derivatives. He shed light on the challenge of integrating various pilot programs and decentralised projects into one movement for development.
