The conformity assessment marking, including the KC mark, model number, and management number, must be affixed to the product or its packaging. Do you know what steps are required to comply with #REACH as a company? According to Article 33 of REACH, companies are obliged to transmit information on #SVHC with a mass percentage greater than 0.1 in articles. According to #ECHA, companies bear the burden of proof. Do you know the steps required for a company to be #REACH compliant? According to REACH Article 33, companies must share information on #SVHC (substances of very high concern) when they exceed 0.1% by mass in articles. The burden of proof lies with the companies, as stated by ECHA. In the automotive industry, reporting is conducted via the #IMDS material data system, while other industries can use the Compliance Data Exchange System #CDX or #BOMCheck.
