Many of these companies actually wrap up hiring for the next summer by November! 🗓 Don't wait for Fall 2024 to begin considering your plans for Summer 2025. The planning can begin as early as you want, and can actually begin as early as tomorrow by attending sessions like these! Being prepared can have a big pay out, and Smucker's and many other employers host virtual info sessions on their internship programs and early career opportunities, so do your research and make a plan to attend! 💡
