Identify small, manageable problems within your ALC or local community that can be addressed using your Week 1 learning. 1. Low Participation in Community Events - Problem: Many community events have low attendance, leading to reduced engagement. - Solution: Organize a survey to understand barriers to participation (timing, awareness, interest). Use social media and local bulletin boards for better outreach and create incentives (like free refreshments or raffles) to encourage attendance. 2. Limited Access to Educational Resources - Problem- Community members may lack access to books, technology, or learning materials. - Solution- Establish a resource-sharing program where community members can donate books or technology. Collaborate with local libraries or businesses to create a lending library or resource center within the ALC. 3.Lack of Job Readiness Skills -Problem-Community members may struggle to find employment due to a lack of skills. - Solution- Implement a job readiness program that includes resume writing workshops, interview practice, and skills training sessions. Collaborate with local businesses for potential internships or job placements. 4.Transportation -problem-Hike in fuel prices leading to high fee and also scarcity of a transport medium -solution-stationing fellows on a more closer centre for their programs 5.Network/Internet palava -problem- 504 errors e.t.c -solution - 3MTT Nigeria CYPHERDEVS TECHNOLOGIES Cypherdevs #3MTT #3MTTweeklyreflection #3MTTLearningcommunity

This year's theme is 'Youth Skills for Peace and Development', focusing on the role of youth in peace-building and conflict-resolution efforts. Reviewing the education system's alignment with market needs is essential to understand its impact on economic competitiveness. We measure this in the Education Alignment With Market Needs sub-indicator in our #IIAG framework. 📊 Explore the 2022 #IIAG to learn more about how education systems in Africa meet market demands. https://lnkd.in/eCXRr8WX

In this paper, we demonstrate that children’s work in cashew supply chain activities can be conceptualised as informal apprenticeships enabling them to acquire important life skills. Let me know your thoughts. https://lnkd.in/gUBWe2dm
