Great school leadership goes beyond administration; it’s about mentorship, guidance, and vision. When school leaders champion and evaluate the quality of teaching, everyone benefits—teachers feel supported, students are inspired, and schools see real improvement in learning. A prime example is VVOB's LEAD project, which assists head teachers in analysing learning outcomes and drop-out rates to tackle specific challenges in their schools.
