Job seekers only need to upload the resume and add details to their profile. 3. Companies need to look at the database of resumes, and search for the candidates they need. 4. Job seekers has the option to apply for specific jobs. But it is only optional because companies are always searching in the databases. 5. Job seekers and employers could communicate with each other 6. Current employees actually helping job seekers in some real way with suggestions on the right certifications to pursue or giving mock interviews or discussion group sessions with job seekers for free.
