We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. "Juneteenth a hallmark of racial progress -- and at the same time, it epitomizes progress delayed and denied. "-Marie Beecham As we celebrate today, we should also be looking ahead to ensure we are uplifting the voices who aren't usually heard. We proudly celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth and pay homage to Black individuals' extensive contributions throughout history. As the preeminent member organization dedicated to fostering the growth of Global Black leaders, it is our responsibility to utilize our platforms to amplify their achievements, offering a voice and serving as a source of inspiration for the next generation. Our dedication to this effort is not confined to a single month but rather interwoven into our mission. Black History is American History and a reminder that we are all part of a shared narrative. Let us reflect on the enduring values of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) that continue to shape our world. Although progress has been made, it's crucial to recognize that the struggle for equality persists. Recent events have shown that only by working together can we create a world where everyone is recognized for their talents and has the freedom to pursue their dreams. “We have no hope of solving our problems without harnessing the diversity, the energy, and the creativity of all our people.” – Roger Wilkins, famed civil rights leader and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist.
