Orcas are powerful. They swim great distances in search of food and have adapted to thrive in the ocean environment. Large muscles give orcas the power to swim through the ocean and hunt. Like other whales, orcas swim by moving their tail vertically (up and down). Fishes, including sharks, swim by moving their tails from side to side. I was thrilled to contribute and join the mountain and intellectual peaks:) Many thanks to Bertrand du Marais for inviting me to this 4th edition of the #LesOrresSaintSauveur #Fides Workshop with prestigious speakers. Well done for mobilising collective intelligence to meet today's new systemic challenges. We moved mountains ;) Over the course of the discussions and contributions, a common thread emerged, an obvious response to the urgent need to bring the economy, finance and law into line with the major challenges facing our societies: - The search for a lasting link despite the changing context of contracts, particularly public investment contracts,  - more than ever, the search for sustainable investment,  - the search for responsible, virtuous and ethical purchasing to improve overall economic and social performance. Understanding this #systemic emergency requires a strategic acculturation of the various stakeholders, so as to better understand the new responsibilities of companies. Far from ESG washing, it is more important than ever for companies to be aligned with a global approach that understands systemic issues. Particular attention must be paid to fundamental rights in the context of personal data and the protection of our private lives, seeing them as an extension of our personal integrity. The very notion of #digital #integrity needs to be understood. So, following the example of the regulation of artificial intelligence through the regulation of the AI act and the implementation of #action #research by the CNIL, it is also a question of reflecting on the possibilities of artificial intelligence as a vector for progress in decision-making, if and only if it remains a tool to aid decision-making and not the decision as such. The question of a realistic technical and legal approach is at the heart of the debate. More than ever, we need to be eco-aware, fair and techno-realistic.
