It's important to remember that early detection and intervention are key to preventing vision loss in children. Low vision rehabilitation can be helpful for children who have difficulty with tasks such as reading, writing, and playing sports. Make sure your why’s and how’s match up. For example if you are a medical professional. Your why is to help people. So you how should align to help as many people as possible. Unfortunately, I see Dr’s & medical professionals how’s not align with their why’s. The perfect example of this is when a Dr charges hundreds or thousands of dollars for treatments. This is hypocritical as the patient needs financial security to not be poor, stressed and unhealthy. We were deep in the woods, surrounded by nature's beauty, with our RV parked in an isolated, serene spot. Alongside a small group of fellow campers, we were all eager for some much-needed bonding time. Riding our side-by-side vehicles off the beaten path, playing games, and just kicking back. 🌲🚐 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁? 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹, 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗴 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲, 𝗯𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁. It’s almost a tradition at this point! 😅 While I’m not sure how many first aid tools can handle all these conditions, I do know one that can: 𝗠𝘆 𝟲𝟲𝟬 𝗻𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗱. I never leave home without it—𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫! I’ve even nicknamed it “𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮’𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.” ✨ Plus, I have a 𝟲𝟲𝟬 𝗻𝗺 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗱 that I wear on the inside of my wrist that works wonders too! ───────────────────────────── Another memory that brings a smile to my face is from one sunny, hot, Phoenix afternoon. We had five of our grandchildren over for a time of swimming, laughter, and play in our pool. It didn’t take long before all five children ended up with blistery sore toes from the pool’s rough bottom. Before I knew it, there was a lineup of kids eagerly waiting for “𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮’𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.” They know it helps! They all walked away with smiles and never complained of their toes hurting after that! 🏊♂️👣 ───────────────────────────── It might sound like magic or woo woo, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. The 660 nm red light laser is a type of 𝙡𝙤𝙬-𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 (𝙇𝙇𝙇𝙏) that uses red light at a wavelength of 660 nanometers to penetrate the skin and tissues.
