The report clearly showed the overall direction of $3000 billion invested last year, with 63% for clean energy versus 37% for fossils, and also the significant amount of public subsidies, $620 billion to support the consumption of fossil, nearly 10 times higher than support for clean energy in 2023. But it requires a little more effort to quantify how distributed governments investments, which represent 35% of the total, between clean and fossils.
