Rethinking Power for a Just Future 🌍🌱 Inspired by Katapult Future Fest 2024, Louise Kjellerup Roper, CEO of Volans, critically examines the entrenched power dynamics that shape our world. To create a future of thriving, connection, and equality, we must confront the reality of power today. The richest 1% control nearly half of global wealth, while over half of the world's population shares just 1.2%. Roper argues for a radical shift: power must be distributed, not handed down, to truly change the system.
