I’m obsessed with generating Leads into the business It’s our life blood No leads = No deals It really is as simple as that Success in commercial agency = good agents x high volume of good leads But what is a lead…….? To us - it’s a commercial/development property owner who is looking to rent or sell their property Of course there are off market acquisitions - but it’s hard to scale a business entirely based around off market acquisitions (I know because I did it!) Any agent at a commercial agency business should be asking the owners what the lead generation strategy is and if the business going to be investing in creating opportunities for the agents If the business doesn’t invest in lead gen - then wouldn’t that person be better to do it on their own……..????
