While DE&I concepts originate from the West, their successful implementation hinges on adaptation to our unique Indian context. Just as our Constitution is a blend of global wisdom and local needs, DE&I must be tailored to our society. For it to be truly impactful, inclusion needs a champion at the highest level and ingrain it into its core before embedding it into a function. Siloing DEI into existing functions risks creating mere noise, not the transformative change we seek. #DEIB #DEI #inclusion #strategy
