**What I Learned This Weekend: The Power of Decluttering and Gardening** This weekend, I had a revelation: decluttering the house can significantly declutter the mind. There's something incredibly motivating about seeing the fruits of your labor. A clean, organised space has a profound impact on mental clarity and productivity. In addition to my efforts indoors, I spent time gardening in the sun. I never realised how satisfying it could be to create colour and bring life to a garden. The process of planting, nurturing, and watching flowers bloom is incredibly fulfilling. Both activities reinforced an important lesson about wellbeing: investing time in our environment, both inside and out, can have a positive effect on our motivation and overall happiness. #Wellbeing #Productivity #Gardening #Decluttering #Motivation #MentalHealth

I suck at gardening but raking up leaves was actually quite therapeutic. Great to reflect. Comparisons to others are everywhere, but why are we so quick to assume things are better elsewhere, that we don’t have enough, or they we or our predicament is somehow inferior to others? I am a terrible gardener, I don’t water my grass enough, (another great analogy) but I was surprised just how much pristine green grass I uncovered in simply raking up the leaves. The parallels, with clearing out our own personal or career cupboards and getting a fresh perspective are so easy to see. Most likely under many of the façades we carry around, is pristine perfect quality, good enough ‘green grass’ underneath. All you need to do is find time to reveal it. So next time you think that the grass is greener, pause and get those ‘gardening’ tools out! Autumn is hereb, why not give it a try? Good luck. #jealousy #comparison #selfesteem #selfbelief #personaldevelopment #careergrowth #mondaymotivation

Helping women get gardening every day as the antidote to burnout | Gardening & floristry for wellbeing expert, late-diagnosed ADHD, coach, writer and speaker
Here's why you need a gardening coach Lets be honest, the information you need to learn to garden is all out there on the internet. But what you can't google is 'how do I garden’ 'how do I make it work for me and my very busy life'. A gardening coach will help you to work this out, to believe in yourself. They'll help you to work out what is stopping you from getting in the garden and what beliefs are holding you back from moving forward with your garden and taking more time for you to quiet your mind. They'll help you to acknowledge and grow past these beliefs so that you can claim that regular time for you in your garden and lower your stress levels as you garden. And if you want that gardening coach to understand what its like to be a woman and mother in 2024. Who gets what its like to be battling agaisnt society's opinions and judgements around work and expectations of women on a daily basis then I'm the Gardening Coach for you. Send me a DM and let’s chat about how I can help you. #gardeningforwellbeing #gardeningformindfulness #gardencoaching #gardeningcoach #womenswellbeing #burnoutrecovery #adhdburnout #wellbeingworkshops #burnoutprevention #stressprevention #reducingstress

Helping women get gardening every day as the antidote to burnout | Gardening & floristry for wellbeing expert, late-diagnosed ADHD, coach, writer and speaker
You want to know where to start in your garden. You’ve tried planting a few things but they seem to be struggling and you don’t know why. This is because you haven’t done the foundational steps to get to know the best place to plant the things you’re trying to grow. Is it any wonder that you’ve skipped these though when you’ve never been shown how to garden? Often we tell ourselves that we should just know this stuff. But HOW? I sure as shit wasn’t taught it at school. Were you? If your parents knew how to garden they were likely too busy working to pass on their knowledge. Because our society values working far more than doing something for the enjoyment of it. So these skills don’t get passed down the generations. That’s why in The Great Garden Rebellion I’m taking you through the 5 foundational steps you need to get started in your garden, so that you can know exactly what to plant and where to plant it so your garden thrives and you never waste another £ on plants that won’t survive. And because I know your life is busy, I’m also going to be helping you carve out time in your weeks going forward so that you can continue gardening as a way to quiet your mind. Come join it’s gonna be a blast! #gardeningforwellbeing #gardeningformindfulness #wonenswellbeing #adhdburnout #wellbeingworkshops #burnoutprevention #reducingstress
