This is one of the more exciting uses of AI I've seen in martech.

Happy to share that now I'm part of the Navattic fanatics community! This is an invite-only group of marketers who use interactive demos to engage buyers and customers in a more dynamic way. We started using Navattic not too long ago at Uberflip and have seen some great results! Initially, our interactive demos were only available as a sales enablement tool so that our reps could showcase Uberflip's value and capabilities in their deals. We truly believe that more than ever, buyers want to self-educate and engage with reps only when they are ready to buy. This week we published our first demo on www.uberflip.com, and we're excited to see how it performs. Here are a few tips on how to start with interactive demos: 1️⃣ Keep it simple! You don't need to show everything in detail. Buyers want to have a high-level view of what and how they can achieve with your product. 2️⃣ Plan "aha!" moments. Each demo needs at least one step that helps the visitor understand why your solution is better or different from your competitors. 3️⃣ Iterate and optimize! Navattic has tons of helpful tips and best practices. However, your customers may be different. Check your analytics often, understand which step causes visitors to drop, and optimize the flow.

One of our "Analyze tier 📈" customers shared this screenshot from their Hubspot while we were having our monthly demo catchup. It actually made me giddy with excitement. They bump lead scores if the prospect has visited the demo page, and then give an additional score if the prospect has viewed a demo to completion. 😍 It's a great example of why choosing an interactive demo gives marketers more concrete evidence of prospect intent. The people who have viewed their demos to completion aren't "half-watching" a video, they're experiencing and understanding the product in a real way. We workshopped how they can add more points if they've viewed multiple demos, which ties in nicely with the HowdyGo demo center they've recently added to their website. It's a collection of feature demos for the 2nd most popular aspects of their product. So far 21% of people are viewing a second demo on their demo center🏅, so I'm excited to see where this goes for them.

😴🚫 Stop Giving Demos That Put Clients to Sleep Instead, give them something unforgettable. I recently published an article on Medium that dives into exactly how you can do that. Because, let's face it—most demos suck. They're dull, miss the mark, and leave potential clients indifferent. And when your demo doesn't connect, neither does the sale. In this article, I outline six critical steps to transform your demo into a transformational experience. It's about understanding the client's challenges intimately, telling stories instead of listing features, and making them feel like your solution was built just for them. One of my favourite tips is to put their logo front and centre, customize every detail, and make them see that this solution is not just a fit—it's the fit. Curious about the other steps? Head to Medium in: https://lnkd.in/dA-2KWWn or check out my article for free: How to Deliver Demos That Close Sales: The Ultimate Blueprint: https://lnkd.in/d4Vw_8h5 This isn't just another guide. It's challenging to rethink how you present your solution—to stop informing and start transforming. Give it a read if you're ready to change the way you demo forever. #SalesTips #SalesDemo #TransformYourDemos #MediumArticle #SalesStrategy #ClientEngagement #SalesSuccess #StorytellingInSales #SalesGrowth #BusinessTips #MakeAnImpact #Hitechstories #B2BSales #SalesInnovation
