Do you know how we built Outreach from nothing → $2.5M → $10M → $25M by year 3? We *USED OUTREACH TO SELL OUTREACH*. If you are a GTM software company, you better practice what you preach. Our new company FullContext has some overlap with the Demo Automation category, and I am amazed how many players in the space who don’t dogfood their own products. Not going to name names, but many of them advertise “interactive product demos on your website” and don’t actually have a product tour on their website nor do they use them in their live demos. Bottom line: if you are a GTM tech company and you aren’t relying on your own product as central to your strategy, that’s a big red flag.
