Client: takes pride in posting every possible content 5 to 6 times a week and came to me complaining that social media doesn't work and organic growth is a scam.... Me : 1. Showed him their past 5 posts on which there were 2 to 3 likes only with no comments. 2. Even after 296 posts, followers were only 494 which means stale content. 3. To my surprise, they were spending a fortune on this ( graphic designer & marketer Team) 4. It was a healthcare firm promoting X services but their content was only speaking of what they offer not why their targeted users should opt for their services. Discussion went for 30 mins..and they started to listen. Happens with every other client I speak to. 💡it's not their product is bad 💡it's not their designs are bad 💡It's not they stopped trying it's about their MYTH that posting is everything. Most of the time, businesses forget that Social media is a way to speak their heart out in all possible ways to their customers, listen to their voice and respond. You are not talking to dead people..Hello! That too with a loudspeaker. and as a marketer, it's our responsibility to tell them the truth or just Say 'NO'..
