But further than that, it is for our teams the art to create beautiful products, desirable, with a lesser impact on the environment.    With this in mind, the Market teams of AMPM, La Redoute Intérieurs and La Redoute Collections have followed a training session on ecodesign, jointly organised with Arts&Facts. La Redoute participates to the 48h of the Climate Fresk, a global and inter-company event, brought by the Massifresquons collective. ⚡️ Integration pathway, teambuilding routes, open sessions… the Climate Fresk is part of our rituals, with the objective to raise awareness about climate change among our coworkers. To this day, 820 coworkers in France and abroad/globally, have participated and about fifteen of our coworkers are animators of the fresk. In the event of the 48h of the Climate Fresk, La Redoute organises special sessions. La Redoute has committed itself to a pro-active trajectory of reducing plastic packaging, specifically singe-use plastic. So yes, we will not be capable of reducing, on our own, the amount of plastic waste. But each action counts ! Since May 2024, 60% of fashion and small decoration article deliveries are wrapped in Kraft bags, which represents around 4 million parcels. 💪 Congratulations to the teams for their commitment !
