We had a bit of fun with Earth Day's theme this year. 😄 The theme for 2024 is Planet Vs Plastics so we immediately went to superheroes and comic strips (sound logic if you ask us!) So we went away and made a little Optimo comic strip about how we defeat plastic pollution through our small actions: 🥤Reusable mugs: We LOVE our Optimo mugs and you'll rarely see us without them. We get to have a cup of tea, promote our brand and reduce single-use plastic all at once. 🛍️Tote bags: There's a special place in our hearts for tote bags. They look good and you can use them over and over again. This one in the comic is one of Charlotte's favourites that she bought from a small business in Paris. 🚰Reusable water bottles: 500 billion plastic bottles are used each year (so the average person uses 156 plastic bottles per year!). Even making a plastic water bottle requires 6x as much as water as the actual bottle contains. 🧥 Sustainable clothing: Clothing brands like Patagonia that put sustainability at the forefront of what they do are the true heroes.
