🏳️🌈 June is Pride Month! 🏳️🌈 This month is an opportunity to celebrate the very beautiful spectrum of gender and sexuality. Working to promote accepting and inclusive workplaces can help to fight for widespread equality and justice in the LGBTQIA+ community. Here are a few ways that you can support LGBTQIA+ employees in the workplace:    - Publicly celebrate Pride and tell stories of how your business interacts with and supports the LGBTQIA+ community.  - Invest in employee wellness initiatives that highlight equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) at your workplace.   - Host LGBTQIA+ training to help inform your team on how to use inclusive language through pronouns and avoid microaggressions.  By creating a work culture where LGBTQIA+ inclusion is prioritized, we can work towards a healthier and happier workplace.
