This very concept took center stage during my recent visit to Digital Dealer Conference & Expo Las Vegas. One significant insight that struck a chord with me was the pivotal role customer success and support teams play in today's marketplace. Modern customers aren't merely in search of vendors; they are seeking valuable relationships that seamlessly integrate with their teams. These enduring connections are the cornerstone that distinguishes businesses in a highly competitive landscape. A recurring and thought-provoking question, which resonated with numerous attendees, was, "What differentiates your advertisements from those offered by any other provider?" I firmly believe that this provides a golden opportunity for sMedia to demonstrate our team's distinctive skill set and value proposition. While others may use buzzwords like AI optimization and audience solutions, it's crucial to remember that, at its core, media buying is a fundamental process, and it is our people who genuinely make the difference. The opportunity to collaborate closely with the sMedia team in person left a lasting mark on my experience. Identity Invest at RAU Expo 2024, the country's largest retail meeting 🎉 Last week marked the biggest retail meeting in the country. Our company has truly missed the magic of offline meetings! Clearly, online Zoom sessions and streaming are convenient, yet they cannot replace live interaction with partners, new acquaintances, and acquiring interesting insights. 🤝 We are immensely thankful to the Retail Association of Ukraine and Andrey Zhuk for organising this event, where the excellent venue, service, support, participants, and speakers all contributed to a vibrant atmosphere that captivated everyone present. 🙌 This was our fourth appearance at RAU EXPO, and it was our best yet! We prepared for 1.5 months, developing a creative concept for our stand, constructing a full-scale model in our office, and testing print and materials. The video content and synchronisation were so remarkable that even our competitors inquired about our methods! With five different 4K broadcasts synchronised, we managed to deliver more than 8K resolution from a single device! 🎥🔥 During our preparations, we adopted the creative slogan "Your media cats in retail." This phrase has now fully entered our corporate lexicon, thanks to frequent praise from partners and clients who call us "cats" for exceeding their expectations. Even under martial law, we strive to fully commit to delighting our partners and clients, always doing more than our contracts require.
