This is so true, and it highlights the challenge of finding alignment in all the right places. One additional variable I always strive to connect with is a belief in the product. Personally, I need to stand behind the product and its connection with the consumer. For instance, my career has been dedicated to Better-For-You products that prioritize health and wellness without compromise. This connection means so much to me and drives me to contribute 110% to the success of the company I work for.
