Additionally, distractions such as social media, peer pressure, or secular influences can divert their focus from spiritual growth. To foster stronger youth leadership, individuals should possess qualities such as humility, integrity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to serving others. They should also prioritize their spiritual development through prayer, studying scripture, and participating in religious activities. Leadership is foundational to any organization, but when it comes to the church—the body of Christ—leadership is essential to fulfilling God’s mission. Good Christian leaders aren’t just a bonus; they are a biblical necessity. Without strong, godly leaders, the church will struggle to thrive, to grow, and to reach the world with the gospel.
