One more week and we'll officially be done with the first half of 2024! How have you fared and what problems do you plan to tackle next? Here's some #MondayMotivation from our Co-Founder & CEO Peyush Bansal to help you aim high 🤓 #Lenskart #DoMoreBeMore #LensTribe #eyewear #retail #techology #CustomerObsession #problemsolving #comejoinus
I have escalated an issue to Lenskart.com support and customer grievances, but no one has responded, and the issue remains unresolved. How can I connect with the Lenskart team to get this resolved?
Business does not run just by the customers your employees work hard for hours standing all day long and providing service at front foot, before anyone they are the face of Lenskart and they are the only one not getting any appreciation. Looking out to other corporates or the retail industries seems more fun and employee centric to me. Lenskart really needs a big change in this game out of politics.
If Lenskart's process and seniors were really good then so many employees would not have left Lenskart every month. But Lenskart requires new employees every month. You can check my post on Linkedin profile. Everyone agreed with me. And more over 90% people already worked with Lenskart. They also feel the same (No support from seniors, Rude behaviour, Inventory issues, Stock loss).
They just want to earn money..... All management are very unprofessional and no self-respect. They are doing just job.... Bcz they do not have any other options... Reason. They do not know how to manage... Talk and how to sove the problem and process. More over they are unprofessional😡 Rude. Double faces.... Peyush Bansal and Ramneek Khurana Lenskart.com they do not know how to reply on mails📩 🤣 so they block my email I'd. This is Shameful #SHAME Lenskart.com
Firstly, Congrats! Although I think your movement is amazing, I would like to bring up a few personal experience. Since our industry is related to healthcare, Sir, some things do not reach the consumer sufficiently because of the less experienced staff who work in the Store, as a result, I believe it can be difficult to educate and convince the client of the importance of the glasses for his eyes. Through TV advertisements, the Lenskart brand is now present in every home, but there is still need to consider how to sustain it that way. Having spent the last 20 years working in this field, I find that seeing such things makes me feel somewhat odd.
Excellent thoughts. The quality of the products is excellent.... And it's a touch to their heart.. business will be multi billion..no need for any strategy meeting and planning in the zoom...path will always be easy.. example of business in front of our eyes..it is only Management must take right decisions..other wise patching work will happen from top to bottom level
I always follow you, here my opinion is little bit different, in eyewear industry customer wants variety in frames in glasses in lesser cost, that's why they visit many store but purchase from Lenskart and if in any case someone has told them that "tere pe ye frame suit nahi kar rha h fir to kya hi karna" they returned/exchange it without any problem in glasses
I am really wanted to join lenskart team and wanted to work with you ,I am enthusiastic and able to do any work that you will teach me
