This is an excellent partnership

We are so excited to partner with LG on this wonderful initiative and to invest in emerging environmental changemakers.

You guys need to improve your customer service. I had to call following up a case yesterday. They told me that they were going to hear my previous conversation as they need to clarify a few things. I was told someone was going to contact me back and AGAIN, no one did. I worked in customer service for a few years now and I need to admit this was been the worst experience of my life. The manager, keep talking over me. I asked to escalate further as he was being rude. On the conversation I was always polite. No need to be so rude at all for the questions that I asked. VERY VERY disappointed for the customer service that you guys provided needs to definitely improve ASAP.
