Thrilled to announce the conclusion of Piramal Pharma's 7th Annual Kaizen Convention! The enthused participation is a testament to an ever-enhancing CI culture in the organization. While 140 teams participated in the intra-site event, 32 projects from the sites and functions in India, North America, and the UK made their way to the Convention. Apitoria’s Annual Operational Strategy Meeting in Hyderabad was orchestrated with engaging and informative sessions by leaders from both clusters. Team members were encouraged to brainstorm creatively and collaboratively in small groups to devise innovative and efficient strategies to achieve operational excellence as we move forward. Towards the evening, the much-awaited Team Excellence Awards ceremony was held to celebrate and acknowledge the teams that work passionately to raise the bar through constant innovation and best practices. Event was concluded on a very high note bringing great camaraderie amongst the various teams.
