Reflecting on the first half of the year so far has been one of the biggest learning experiences of my life. 📚 As the reality sinks in, in less than a few weeks, Schibsted will embark on a new journey of Media and Marketplace. This really marks a pivotal moment as we pave the way for two separate paths filled with some unknown but lots of potential growth opportunities. 🌱 While change can be bittersweet, it's also a time for growth and evolution. As employees, it's time to go our separate ways; let's embrace this transition with optimism. Each new chapter brings the promise of new beginnings, a lot of challenges, but also many triumphs. 🌟 To all the employees, hard work and commitment have been the driving force behind what we all do. My journey at Transferz 🚀 🌙 Starting out: I joined as a Customer Support Agent, working night shifts. I handled calls, chats, and tickets 📨, and soon discovered my passion for escalations ⚡—resolving disputes 💵 and managing complaints while protecting key relationships 🌍🤝. ☀️ Morning shift transition: Moving to the morning team brought higher workloads 📈 and closer collaboration with colleagues 👥, including the Netherlands team. I began contributing feedback 💡 and taking on new challenges. 🎉 Highlight moment: When the CEO visited, I teamed up with two colleagues to present "Building Bridges" 🛠️🌉—a proposal on how agile methodologies 🚀 could be applied to improve Customer Support. 🎯 Specializing in escalations: My role evolved to focus on escalations, reducing time on general queries and prioritizing professional, precise resolution of disputes. ✨ What’s next? After 2+ years, I’m stepping into a new chapter 📖 at Transferz starting December 1st. Stay tuned for Monday’s big reveal! 😁

I’ve seen talented colleagues, sometimes new to the tech space, excel by embracing change and staying curious. Hello Everyone, After almost 9 amazing years, my journey at Nu Skin has come to an end. This has been one of those life-changing roles that shaped me in ways I never imagined. Here are my top 3 highlights: 1️⃣ The People: The friends I’ve made along the way are truly priceless. 2️⃣ The Global Experience: Working with brilliant colleagues from all over the world and interviewing customers for impactful projects—those moments made me feel part of something much bigger. #GLOBALTEAM 3️⃣ The Growth: I started as a Web Specialist and somehow found my way into a role I absolutely love— Senior Voice of Customer Analyst. It wasn’t something I planned, but it turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be. I want to thank my mentors who have guided me through this journey: 💡 Laura Van den Eynde, who steered me in the right direction from the start. 💡 Cesar Vidal Rodriguez, who challenged me to be my best self, even when it wasn’t easy. 💡 Andrew Pouchepanadin, who believed in me & our team and the difference we could make.
