LinkedIn's Economic Graph’s Post

Research shows 75% of knowledge workers already use generative AI. However, women are more likely to be in jobs AI will disrupt and less likely to benefit from AI-driven roles. Leaders must act now to ensure an equitable future where women thrive in the AI era. Hear from Anne-Marie Slaughter (CEO at New America), Sue Duke (VP Global Public Policy & Economic Graph at LinkedIn), and Aneesh Raman (VP and Workforce Expert at LinkedIn) on steps to create a more equitable future for women in the AI-driven workplace: https://lnkd.in/eUGGQ75e

What a trash speech. omG. Just terrible. 90% of HR roles from entry to direcotr roles are held by women. All medical field is 80% women. Wanna equalize that. Absolutely ridicilous. There is noone anywhere in anyones way gender-based, each individual is responsible for their or carrier and victory in terms of position, salary, etc.

What’s a step forward when 2 incomes are not enough to raise a family where they did 50 yrs ago. - guess we call that progressive. Lol

It’s not unfair. I would have to make a whole video exposing this lie with straight data and statistics. Those numbers are inflated. There are other important factors play a role in why those percentages are what they are. Let just say it’s not because of a unfair advantage of men against women.

One of the leading causes of disproportionate gender roles in senior management is having children. Not that women can’t succeed in these roles, but they see there is more value in life than climbing a failing corporate and capitalistic ladder. Wake up to divide and conquer tactics, you’ll be much happier in life.

Correlation is not causation. Maybe not 50% of women want to be in management or work 80hrs per week, and sacrifice everything in life yo be in C suite. Not even all men want that. Just a few outliers are so crazy, and men seem to be more crazy then women. If you talk to people instead if stats, you would realize that.
